It is great news, but it also makes me think that GTCB might have to pay attention to the strengthening of executive management. At the development stage GTCB is now arriving as a company, the CEO cannot be in control of all details anymore. It is a problem every CEO of a fast growing company will be facing. You will have to delegate and upgrade management with expertise from outside.
My suggestion: to start with, get in an experienced commercial person (f.i. ex-division manager) from a big pharmaceutical company, who longs for a change (from big to small) and has the capacity to get the maximum out of the commercial challenges immediately ahead. Commercial negotiations are time consuming and extremely important right now (the result has an exponential rather than linear effect). When a company faces big jumps and fast growth, it is better to be prepared for that in time.
All in my humble opinion, ofcourse.
