RCM was merged with $NWGC as a subsidiary. As promised.
Florida SOS status made active, brought current.
Enabled by a unanimous vote of shareholders.
Mark Miller found a buyer to take over and fully non toxic fund NWGC to become a world class based Mining and refining behemoth, based on the RCM mine assay data.
Next up, IMO is TA data and possible 1/3 share reduction of Non retail shares. PR of that blows this beast up.
TA had to be dealt with before filings with OTC.
OTC filings will be major news in days, this month for sure.
Folks do not be fooled by fake news trying to push the share price down to buy your shares. Hold and ad on dips when and where you can. The real story has barley started to unfold.
Look at the huge, massive hint from Mark Miller that was in his last Tweet.
"$NWGC has been handed off to New management and I wish them all the best. I will be available to them if needed, and I hope they go after the big claims I researched in NV next."
Try and think outside the box people.
The clues are there.
Why would Mark Miller turn over 100% control of $NWGC while holding the largest retail bag on NWGC of us all, if he did not trust the man and the money behind the man now running NWGC as the CEO and sole director???
Think for yourselves please.
