You guys just struggle on this notion of documents that persist for months and years after a company ends. It was dissolved by the parent company which continued its operation for years after. As per any liquidation, equity holders lost everything in order to extinguish debt that could not be serviced.

Why, what’s your theory? Magic? The liquidated company wasn’t liquidated? I don’t understand how these theories persist for 3 years after liquidation.
