IF IF IF K's P's and TPS are ISSUED new preferds they then do not need to be issued COMMON SHAREs thus saving the corp the need based on the 1 billion shares to issue 750 million, leaving 300 mill less the current 86 mill issued AND HOW MUCH has the company bought back and are gonna start buying back, to add to the amount of shares they have to work with

Also it is nbd to get the authorized increased as THEY HOLD the votes required to do it WITHOUT any retail being involved or having a proxy vote
