Lodas, ok, everything can be possible, what you say is also possible, but I wonder, if Joe Bray wants to distribute the capital (EXTERNAL VALUES) in the form of 1/1 shares, there are about 1.2 billion that have given consent.
Distributing 1.2 Billion shares is impossible, or am I wrong? It would become a huge dilution (I only own shares of the distribution).
I also read that you also say that, CASH and SHARES, well this could be sensible and logical.
For me if they distribute EXTERNAL VALUES , maybe receiving COOP shares is better than liquid thinking about taxes.
Let's hope that as AZCOWBOY said and repeated everything will work out for the best.
