Mr Lumar was asking for specific information about WMI's partnership with 'government based securities'.

THJMW told him that it was inappropriate to bring that up now. She actually used the words 'Ancient History'. He tried to keep getting more information in and she kept stopping him. At one point she said something along the lines of 'no details! what is it that you want'. (paraphrased)

If the proceedings did not resemble a circus yet, it certainly deteriorated at that point. THJMW said (paraphrased) ' I'm going to go ahead and shut you down now.' However, he was still able to interject. She then ended the proceedings.

I am not accusing anyone of anything (especially Mr Lumar) but if I had wanted to stage something to give credence to not hearing anyone else from the gallery, it would not have been as effective as the events that occurred - especially they way they unfolded.

Mr. Lumar, if you are on this board, I want to assure you that in no way am I besmirching you or your effort. You were interrupted before you could finish (as soon as you mentioned specific dollars).
