question for people w/ lots of custodial experience: I see that sometimes someone has an absurdly low position on some of these lazar tickers, like .00016 or something. how do you get in that low? are those people buying bankrupt shells before lazar, sharp, etc picks them up? i know that the sec is changing the landscape so this might be a moot point anyway, but i like the really early stages of a custodial and wanted some direction as i research. thanks!
