beef inflation, sirloin steak doesn't cost

much more than ground beef,

and is cheaper than roasts

and often stew meat...

marinate as desired...


Boil sirloin steak in a boiler

like a roast in plenty of water

until it is tender cooked...


You can't screw this up...

Then toss in rice, or green beans,

or, carrots or whatever you like

and simmer till done...



Great break from a hamburger

or hotdog...


And tender it Is...
