It's early so this is premature. $2B deal for EVE sub, which HALO has a portion of, say, 50%. $2B becomes $1B for Embraer. $ERJ gets an early $300M bump on the news, which indicates the market believe there is only a 30% of this deal being consummated? Perhaps this news leak is designed to put pressure on Boeing for backing out of their $4.2B deal last year, which they still owe $$$ to Embraer for not consummating that buyout.
