Here is my collection of "DTC Chill" DD. Bottom line is IF this is still under a "DTC Chill" why do SOME brokers sell shares and not others?

Anyhow, by the information it does seem (at least to me) that the PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT got a "DTC Chill" placed on NSAV before Tilton took over. If that's the case then did Tilton take care of it?

It is the DTC eligibility that is prohibiting people from buying NSAV. Much more that the stop sign. I will get NSAV DTC eligible very soon.

Because NSAV is not DTC eligible, it shows up like a chill and that is why so many cannot trade the stock. Those are the facts.

There has never been a chill placed on NSAV. That is coming from a top DTC chill removing company. Chills are very bad and usually for fraud

But, then, how to explain this from a PR dated January 29, 2015??!!

"Mr. Baritz also addressed the issue of removing the DTC chill on NSAV that was inherited from the previous management; "We have engaged the services of Pacific Stock Transfer Co. to effect the process of removing the DTC chill, which has clearly been a significant obstacle to the growth of our company." Our sincere apologies for not getting back to you yesterday on the TD Ameritrade issue. Again, this issue of not being able to buy NSAV shares has gone on for 4 years and was and is even confusing to me.

The bottom line is that there is no DTC chill on NSAVs stock and most brokerage firms allow their clients to buy it. NSAV is current with OTC Markets and that is all that matters. I hope to have a positive reply from TD Ameritrade this week.
