No doubt about it, all signs point to Elite Beverage coming in to NGCG and this is gonna be nothing short of a monster merger. The current market cap of NGCC, the value of Elite Beverage, and the number of outstanding shares that are restricted, all point to a valuation that is much, much higher than where we are now.
