agreed Xena...thats why so many Americans are taking all kinds of friggin drugs....they eat badly and dont get exercise so high blood pressure, diabetes ,cancers etc,,,trying to fix all their problems with drugs...thats why you are what you eat...my diet is 80% vegetables and fruit, nuts,beans,wholegrains and smaller portion is chicken, beef and fish
