As CYDY pays off debt with common shares that 5% 13-D group has a slightly lower %%%% with every new CYDY common issued. To stay above that 5% all they need to do is buy small amounts.

The 5% SEC threshold still stands as it has as long as I have been around. Think General Grant's Presidency.

Fife has been the source of loans hence receives the common in installments. In my opinion Fife will sell those shares in the most intelligent way possible. Meaning in ways that does not damage his investment, the exact opposite of how the shorts attack CYDY.

Fife is obviously a very experienced investor. I would bet he know some things about CYDY before Nader knows.
