What you just posted is unconstitutional, the President pics who he nominates to serve in the Executive branch. No one can tell him who to pic, only Congress can say no by not confirming. This clause violates the separation of both executive and legislative branches. Add the can’t be interfered by the Judicial branch and you have an unconstitutional trifecta. HIRA should be DoA.
