WHy do you NOT want to discuss that THE ENTITY you say day in and day out is CLOSED the LT, then how on earth did they file this motion to reopen the BK case.

And if the BK was close in 2012 as you ALSO SUGGEST how is it that the BK case was only TERMINATED a fairly short time ago, less than 2 yrs ago?
