well, its bumbling incompetence for sure, but I personally don't think its a scam...they put out one of the delinquent quarterly financial statements already -- doesnt make sense they would put out one if was all BS...furthermore, the share structure has not changed at all (after the Crown Capital fiasco), so there is no dilution... I suppose Harp could be selling his shares (illegally), but he would be a total dumbass to not have done that at $0.8 when he had the chance....i think this is just all around dumbassery at its finest.
