I do not think that Mr. Peacock was the FCCN consultant untill after the settlement between the top 3 former execs of FCCN and Golden Gate. He told me that the former FCCN management asked him to find a "buyer" for their co. and so they could be done with it. FCCN put itself up for sale as a shell for a potential merger and AERO was already Javelin's client so....he put it all together. I do believe sincerily that he listed to my concerns concerning that C/D and he will put out a pr giving the details of the agreement very soon. I have asked him to negotiate where Golden gate could not get any shares until post merger and I do believe this to be a very strong and likely possibility. It would keep the float low untill the merger and would insure that the O/S would remain low enough to sustain a very healthy PPS indeed. Mr. TrendGreen
