Yeah and good thing I talked to him! It will get back on track and I hope that he can negotiate the C/D to where Golden Gate can take their shares for the loan out after the merger takes place! Their part of the O/S would only be a couple of million more shares at that point thus still leaving us post merger with a low share count that will be able to sustain a PPS that would qualify AERO for a higher exchange.
