Yes! And AMC Lawyers must warn new investors, and yet, it didn't stop them from selling to new investors! Talk about the hypocrisy!

But it just goes to show they don't believe a word they say in their so-called "WARNING." They know damn straight well AMC stock is going to 100's maybe even 1000's or even 10,000's of thousands, that's why they are offering it at $60.

If there was ZERO chance of it going higher, they would not have any BUYERS for their 11.5 shares being sold...
