The accuracy of the fiscal year and reporting date requirements are 100% true. The rest is opinion BUT it does seem convenient that the PR was sent out with limited info and has the longest runway for Nader to buy time…literally and figuratively.

This is akin to people backdating invoices and such to gain maximum benefit… this is the rub with Nader. Every piece of info needs to be dissected to see “where’s the catch” and there’s ALWAYS a catch with him
