No, my point was that your statement "you assholes (Republicans) own the KKK" is patently untrue. I think I made that very clear.

Since reconstruction, the Democrats found a better, less violent, way to subjugate the black population. Subjugation just the same. Certainly not to bolster the individual rights of black citizens, but to paint them into a tribe that the whites have oppressed to continue the division and political talking points that ensue.

And I don't argue with the presence of white supremacists or their supposed conservative origins. They do not stand for the rights of the individual either.

It just bolsters my argument that all politicians are $hit. Either side of the aisle. The ones who aren't don't last long.
