You know I agree on the value play here 2tomorrow, that's exactly why I've held so long. The potential PPS if Aria gains even a little traction is huge. . .so I'll keep holding. But the long term frustration of shareholders is what keeps the share price low and this trading for what I believe is fair value between $10-$12.

I'll keep dreaming with you though, the risk is almost nothing with their core businesses humming along.
