Why not?

Because that's a ridiculous valuation for IPIX.

On the OTC, no Robinhoods, no tutes, the IPIX penalty (apply a 0.2 multiplier to the valuation of similar companies), etc.

Other fundamentals aside, the IPIX penalty is a real thing. It appears to apply to market caps but also partnership deal terms (see B-UP deal for details).
