The preliminary RS was only filed the end of February, good for a year. Jason can drop the remaining authorized share count on a single deal which is what he did with acquiring DataExpress just before the last reverse slit. It would be typical for them to file the preliminary reverse split then cancel for the PR value when they need to raise money again. There isn't any requirement for the preliminary, but is is what they did the last time. This is a stock that constantly walks the line so that is why I believe they file everything to cover their arses. Traders will gamble here none the less because they know if they catch it on the low that Jason will pump it. No, I am not a former employee with an ax.
