I have about 2% of the shares outstanding and have also averaged down my break even.

It is interesting to see all the comments on how this should be a $3, $6 or above stock.

Volume seems to be the key. Getting the word out/PUBLIC RELATIONS/SELF PROMOTION are not PACV's strongest attributes.
