Yes professional traders do make the most of this.....threads are mainly for wannabees like myself trying to gain some insight from other traders who are willing to share their insight and expertise that they have acquired from years of experience...I have been fortunate to come across truely gifted traders on SI and here who have given me some wonderful insight into market dynamics and their own methodology. Zeev, JT , Wahz, Sylvestor are a few who come to mind. I have great admiration for what these individuals do and for what they share......however at the same time I have learned that the best thing one can do is detach yourself completely from these threads and truly do your own thing.....truly trade the charts.....set your stops and follow your own methodology. I think Jerry puts its best.......don't read anyone follow your plan and trade it.........everything else is noise........

I am of the belief that few gifted traders waste their time with threads......every posting i read here or on different sites i ask myself why is this individual posting .......why are they here everyday telling the market that it should not be going up since compx 1480 ......why are they doing this day in day out ?.......etc its beyond me.....How many real traders are doing this for a living on this thread ? at best guess most likely no more than 5 from what I am able gather.
