After paying the debt there was nothing left for class 19&22. Yet a deal was made to close the bk and payoff dimes which all knew will not be made while. Kkr supposedly paid dimes off and closed off the bk and the lt along with the judge settled the rest of the debt. Underwriters tied to p’s were left holding the bag from the LT. Now they are gone. So the LT saying there is no money for class 19&22 are right. Now underwriters wait if there is anything left outside of bk just like we do. We all wait. The horrible piece is watching buybacks and sell offs from the executives board hedges and others get rich.
