$PCTL Patent Litigation DD

I am not a lawyer, but there are a few things we can learn from the public records.

The case involved patent infringement. It was settled out of court and dismissed with prejudice, meaning $PCTL cannot bring the same action again. This dispute has been settled once and for all. However, we do not know the details of the settlement agreement.

A Nunc Pro Tunc Assignment of Intellectual Property rights is used to fix breaks in the chain of IP assignments. This is important because it establishes the chain of ownership, and this was the basis for Annihilare's defense against $PCTL's lawsuit.

Diana Seifert is the Director of Prime ITS, Annihilyzer, and Annihilare Medical Systems. Just the week before the case was dismissed, she executed a Nunc Pro Tunc Assignment of certain IP to Bingham Canyon Corp, which is now $PCTL
