Wasn’t class 22 necessary to preserve the massive NOL and of course maintain that ownership percentage ?
And how exactly would you compensate entities like TPG who infused so much cash just before the BK event ?
But in reality, these arguments don’t matter. We just wait and see and hopefully all 3, P, K and U’s make out well !!!
