WHO OWNED the assets of WMI???????? Equity correct! So it really doesn't matter as I can see it, where they are NOW or who has control; (DST/WAND/ECLIPSE the tooth fairy) those are still owned by EQUITY and I HOPE all here notice 2 things about that word EQUITY

1. For many years it was stated THAT EQUITY ALWAYS OWNS THE ESTATE.. CORRECT?

2. Funny that WHEN BOTH PRFD and COMMONS WERE DEEMED EQUITY by the COMPANY and would share 75/25% HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM THEN and ONLY THEN after that, the comments/narrative was then that ONLY COMMON SHAREHOLDERS own the estate.
