That's definitely a good question. Can you pull shares from the AS into the OS, and use them for the acquisitions? Or would you just have to issue the shares into the OS, make a share offering to an investor, and go from there?

Would we potentially be looking at some company willing to buy, say, ten billion shares at .003 ($30 million), and those ten billion shares are taken out of the AS?

I wondered if that was the reason the AS wasn't reduced further.
