As I have said before,
This is all a situation of money chasing stocks based on greed....
Expected ROI...

We all know valuations are off the charts, and like the debt, there will be no way for reality to catch up and justify it all.

When we turn down, and people realize their $100 will not be $110 in a couple of months... but $90, we'll see a mad rush out of equities.
