How 'bout that 'users' fee' in the GOP proposal? Right up the ass of working America.

Glad to see you got it. User fees are not tax deductible.

So rather than come up with a bill where it gets paid for by an increase in income taxes corporate and high dollar earners; the GOP wants the middle class and poor pay for it.
