The user fees....gas tax... in the GOP infrastructure proposal impact working America more adversely than any other segment and wouldn't come close to paying for their proposal.

Correct. They are user fees which directly impact the middle class and poor.

It is a lose lose for everyone but the rich and corporations who will see no impact on their tax base.

I've had this BS argument in my city when we funded a new reservoir.

Rather than float a bond issue to pay for it they increased the price of water and sewer as a paygo.

So instead of raising property taxes which are tax deductible (SALT) they screwed people instead.

And speaking of SALT why do you think the GOP capped SALT deductions in 2017.

Just to punish the blue states so they could cut taxes for the wealthy.
