Maybe there is another gov subsidy in there somewhere, by someone for something with some other Orwellian double speak justification..

Gov is set to pay 10b to BH that NASA could put to use and are then saddled with a contractor they didn't want and now have to make room for and have to take resources from other areas to do it..

Only in the USA can you get Bipartisanship like that..But not on anything else.....We do amaze the world
