Kim did say though at the 2019 shareholders meeting that the $4 uplist requirement would likely be the one used. .. it has the benefit of not having to be maintained for a certain length of time. .. the $5m S.E. isn’t hard to obtain especially after Kim forgive the debt of his deferred salary. The capital raise is a few million from there. It’s all been accounted for. .. the missing piece before uplisting is clear proof provided to public that they are in mass production .. hence the delay.
