LOL. That is NOT a change of ownership filing. ANYONE can put that up. Anyone can make a document and that is NOT a filing. A public company that has a change of ownership has to be filed with either the SEC, or the OTC markets. That document doesn't even have any certified state information on it. Like seriously, that is the LAZIEST version of a fake that I have EVER seen. LOL. Whoever made that thing needs to find a better profession.
