I see people posting 2 different ways the offering price is done. 1 it has bee avg for the 5 day period and the price is .001425. The other says any 5 day period before June 3rd so the price can change from .001425. Which way is it

2nd it looks like I have to call TD and fill my order which is over 1 million shares but will they fill it with my stock buying power or do I have to send separate money for this transaction.
