We have one that stepped up on HER OWN ACCORD to represent HER position in class 19 which in turn works for all P/K Holders here..

This is the funny thing about all of this anyone could have hired their own attorney!

NOW I do have a small problem which would come to light for CLASS 22 in such a case!!!!

HOW WOULD CLASS 22 defend or oppose the dilution to CLASS 22 if in fact ALICE PREVAILS???????????? How do you oppose that?????

It CLEARLY STATES the ONLY 2 classes that CAN LEGALLY BE DILUTED are Classes 21 and 22 in the POR.

So there in lies your problem, DILUTION is IS IS ALLOWED in both CLASS 21 and 22 so what can ya say


WHAT would your case be or state, HEY WE DON"T WANT TO BE DILUTED ???????????? Judge looks back at your attorney and say HEY but the POR/GSA says you are the ONLY ONES that can be diluted!!!!!!!!
