Lobbying legislators would be a more effective use of your time than badgering potential allies in the cause. I think it is ridiculous and hypocritical for people to be in jail over this. Decriminalization and expungement of records is the only way to go. Minor/not minor detail.... this is what the LEGALIZATION of cannabis is about. First it needs to be legal!
