I have no idea. I can see a judge issuing a temporary restraining order until they can sort out the facts. This could delay it for years. (I hope not.)

I am not a date setter. I have (semi-recently in fact) offered opinions as to the earliest something could happen. That opinion was August 1. Let me be CRYSTAL CLEAR! I am (and was) not saying that it would happen on August 1, just that it would not happen before then.

FWIW, any time in the next few months will do for me. I am just concerned if it goes on for years and years more. I also realize that there are others who need (not just want) it NOW.

As I am an outsider looking in, there are clearly things I am not privy to. I feel that the disconnect between June 30 (AGs date) and Aug 1 (the next window for ownership change not breaking NOLs) indicates that there are things I don't understand.
