How has the coffee lady even forced anyone’s hand, so far she has been denied 3 times on her appeals. She has done nothing of the sort. Now she is filing a claim in lower court to still try to get paid. How is that forcing their hand. If she would have walked away after judge walrat she would lost nothing....
