If 1094 Military Trail owned the touted BUILDING, it would be on 1094 Military Trail's BALANCE SHEET.

SPRV's Q1 Balance Sheet, was CONSOLIDATED, meaning it was a combination of the 1094 Military Trail's Balance Sheet and Supurva Healthcare Group's Balance Sheet.

The following was included on PAGE 14 of SPRV's Q1 Financial Report!

The consolidated financial statements include the accounts of Supurva Healthcare Group, Inc. and its subsidiary, 1094 Military Trail, LLC.

WHERE IS THE TOUTED BUILDING, IF NOT ON THE 1094 MILITARY TRAIL's BALANCE SHEET???

THIS MAY COME AS A REVELATION, BUT SPRV COULD NOT REPORT A CONSOLIDATED BALANCE SHEET, IF THE ACQUISITION OF 1094 MILITARY TRAIL HAD NOT BEEN CLOSED!!! THE ACQUISITION WAS CLOSED EFFECTIVE MARCH 31, 2021 AT THE VERY LATEST!
