Your definitely wrong. You’ve been asked to provide an explanation of the 5/25/2021 date of where you found this information. Why 5/25/2021? You provide a SEC press release in which it states specifically compliance is not required until 9/28/2021. Nobody needs to wait til Tuesday. If ALL The Companies you listed conspired to shut down trading on all Dark stocks unilaterally with out guidance from a regulatory maker they’d be sued by the stars! Lol. Nothing is done whatsoever with out SEC approval.

The Rule will have a general compliance date that is nine months after the effective date as well as a compliance date that is two years after the effective date regarding provisions to require an issuer’s financial information for the last two fiscal years to be current and publicly available
