The share count you actually have the day you vote and certify your count (presuming you plan to hold that share count up the meeting time on the 27th) by email or fax, or the count you have on May 27th during the Zoom meeting is the share count you should vote in my opinion.
There are I am sure a lot of people whose share count has not and will not change till hell freezes over if you get my drift.
But the Zoom meeting vote is going to be a live, that day, that minute share count Zoom meeting with your mug shot (LOL) likely recorded claiming share count, from I was told.
If you read this link below, and the PDF proxy, we are telling the vote counters why we are voting now, because we can not attend work day meeting while working for living LOL, in truck or factory etc... And also because are sure there is no way in hell 4000 peeps can log in to a zoom meeting with the attorney's heads exploding, or the system crashing. So if we get 3800 people to vote by fax or email (or both) the Zoom meeting might not get sucked into a black hole and blow up...
Most of us work for a living LOL
and Power, cell phones, and the Internet and ZOOM is not that reliable for something this important. IMO.
