He surely has a doofy goofy understanding of Viaspace. I don't think he has a clue about the outstanding shares that exist. The company is actually overvalued at .0005. The current CEO owns 100's of millions of shares that he just about gave himself at a 80 percent discount for some small loans. I believe that he along with other board members are gifting their stock to family and friends and their selling it when they can. A CEO in silence for two years could mean he's under investigation? ... or he's writing a book about Martians!
