$NWGC get out the vote campaign time.

I am attaching download links to Microsoft word file and PDF printable version real share holders can use to email or fax their proxy votes in replace the MIA directors and officers of NWGC with Mark Miller.

IMO every vote counts!!!! So even if you only have a small number of shares, you should vote. By Count there may 4000 share holders out there needing to vote.

Being-anal (perfectionist) I will fax it and email it to make sure the Fax did not run out of paper on the weekend, LOL. It is a law office after LOL.

If you can do the zoom meeting on a work day during working hours, and like your odds of getting into a Zoom meeting that will IMO crash with 4000 people trying to log, have fun.

I suggest getting your vote in early, as early as possible.

If you will still be buying shares and know how many shares you will have by Thursday at 11 am EST, the share count you have by the time the meeting starts is what you could vote at the Zoom meeting.

If you are done buying $NWGC shares Just vote this weekend or Monday just in case shit happens by the meeting, that might make it impossible to vote (internet dies, power goes out, you know, shit happens) on the day NWGC is brought back to life.

Your Vote MATTERS!!!

Just be sure there is no Opps, everyone needs to vote IMO.

I have seen mayors elected by a one vote margin. So do not assume you vote does matter. If too many do not vote, we could shoot our selves in the foot.

If you own shares, you are part owner of this company. So act like one and vote. PLEASE!!!

IOW, if a bunch of you do not vote, and we get crickets instead of Mark Miller, do not blame me or Mark Miller. You have 5 days to vote.
