There are two possibilities why WHO made this announcement:

Perhaps the current vaccine creates a problem with limited immunity (supported by the fact that CDC just changed policies and will suppress the number of reinfections by those innoculated.) As well as the British Jounal of Medicine published an article stating that the data showed the vaccine has a rate of 19% immunity. This would mean that those vaccinated are subject to the new virus w/o much immunity protection.

The other possibility is that they know that those vaccinated may have a very detrimental experience if infected by a new virus from the wild.

In any case the talking heads have a big problem.

* Maybe there is a third possibility, make more money on fear.
