What are you waiting for August???? There are two issues here and like any date that has been presented even by the almighty AZ who claims to have all the knowledge was shouting EOY 2020 and nothing happened then went back to I read the documents both the bk and the sec.

There are two issues one is the Managed sub of the p’s.....that is being used as a debt instrument. Three year change of ownership happened while still in bk. Kkr was paid dividends on p’s up till 2017....from who’s interest....

The other issue is the capital trust which is not tied to wmih/coop or a managed sub....has nothing to do with the pps..... yet nothing.....many times AZ thought something would happen here and was just like all of us left holding nothing. With no blocks for the CT, and nothing happening could be nothing for the rest. Yet hey we have our markers. 10 years from now, we will hear from AZ markers are fine..
