Thanks & wow for your personal views; I'm not sure of the protocol on that, but I do remember Geert saying that he would send off the information to the FDA 1st and let the shareholders know afterwards.

I wonder why he would do that since he is very familiar with the legalities of such??? Why not be honest with shareholders????

Also, I have been watching insider warrants as best as I am able to. What a slew of them still outstanding very deep in the money, too!

I did read somewhere that warrants can ONLY be extended up to 15 years; most have a 10 year life or less (not sure about warrants).....and Geert has been extending them at his discretion without notice! So I would think that the issue date would be important, if correct!

Although I made quite some money on most of my firm's option grants to me (with a 10 year life)...I did have some that wound up being worthless after I retired.

The latest issuance of insider option grants, point to a 25% increase and other 25% increments with $20 strike for 10 days, etc. having them vested....the $42 level is also pointing to a step ladder targeted achievement award...
